You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Estimated delivery date
The estimated delivery date is based on the buyers location relative to our shipping warehouses, and when the seller receives cleared payment. In certain cases, the estimated delivery date will vary. By knowing the estimated delivery date, you can determine how long it will take to receive your item. Estimated delivery date is between 1-5 business days.
Our call center staff does NOT have access to tracking information. If you order online, you will be provided tracking information once the order ships. You can also log into your account and self track orders.
Some shipping services provide an estimate for the number of days that it will take the carrier to deliver the item to the buyer. This transit time does not include the seller's handling time. Transit time includes normal weekdays. Often Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays are not included in transit time estimates.
When an order that contains multiple products is fulfilled in separate shipments it's considered a split shipment. Even though the customer made only one order, they receive multiple packages, often on different days.
A payment is considered "cleared" after your payment has been deposited into the seller's account. If you pay by check or money order your payment may take several days to clear.
